The new 30.000 square foot Science building at the Central Arizona Collage Signal Peak Campus is efficient and functional yet creative and exciting, the building includes nine labs with different functions between biology, physics, chemistry and engineering as well as a STEM classroom, it also includes twenty faculty offices and the campus data center.

Project Status: Started construction in mid-2017

My roles and responsibilities: I joined the project team as a Designer after schematic design stage, I worked on the project through design development and construction documents. Responsibilities included Revit modeling and detailing, coordination, value engineering, user group meetings and interior design.
